Problem
I am running a multivariate analysis of variance (MANOVA) with the SPSS GLM procedure. I notice that cases which are missing on any of the analysis variables are omitted from the analysis. Is there an option for pair-wise deletion, as in the Regression procedure? If this option is not available in GLM MANOVA, are there other SPSS procedures that perform MANOVAs that do have a pair-wise option?
