listend - CPU utilization is very high.

Solution
If you have only one instance configured to receive desired traffic it results in the listend process being single threaded.? By configuring instances and segmenting traffic between them you multi-thread this process and better utilize available CPU time. Documentation is available for configurating of additional instances.
