Note: If a RLKS Administration Agent is upgraded to version 8.1.4.9 or higher, following steps should be performed.

1) Check if the log file contains any of the following characters. If yes, perform next steps.

2) In ART, perform "Remove Reporting" for the agent that has a special character from step #1. Ensure that the corresponding data source is removed from LQE.

3) Perform "Start Reporting" for this agent.
