Troubleshooting
Problem
Customer is trying to configure Controller Web to connect to Planning Analytics (PA) - specifically, to TM1 Web.
As part of this, they perform the instructions inside the article "Linking to Planning Analytics" by:
- editing the config.js file (located here: ...\ccr_64\frontend )
- replacing {paLink} with the URL for their PA server
After doing the above, they launch Controller Web and see that the Planning Analytics icon Planning Analytics icon is visible in the left pane of the landing page:
However, when they click on that link they receive an error.
