Resolving The Problem
To verify that a license key has been successfully added to the system, use WRKLICINF and type Option 5 beside the product. If the usage limit is set to 0, the license key has not been applied to the product. *NOMAX or a non-zero value in this field indicates that a license key has been applied to the product.
