Resolving The Problem
See the following to get a License Key for one or more Licensed Products.
For contact information (both email and phone) for the Electronic Software Support Website, go to: https://www-05.ibm.com/servers/eserver/ess/OpenServlet.wss
Then select "Contacts" which will bring up a list of countries with the appropriate contact information.
Example: The United States number is 800-446-8989 with email wwswkeys@dk.ibm.com
Note: The Electronic Software Support Website support is often times referred to as the "Key Center".
