Problem
For FileNet P8 Configuration Manager, the WebSphere Systemout log captures an authentication error: com.ibm.websphere.management.cmdframework.CommandException: SECJ7340E: Exception raised trying to connect to LDAP server: AuthenticationException: [LDAP: error code 49 - 80090308: LdapErr: DSID-0C0903C5, comment: AcceptSecurityContext error, data 52e, v23f0 ]
Cause
The FileNet P8 Configuration Manager User Interface (CMUI) profile used to deploy FileNet Content Engine is corrupt.
Resolving The Problem
Create a new CMUI installation profile.
