Problem
Launchpad does not display when running the DB2 setup.exe command on Windows
Symptom
Normally the DB2 installation Launchpad is displayed after running setup.exe, but it never displays. Using the setup command with -l and/or -t to generate a log or trace file does not contain enough information to determine the root cause.
