Problem
The IBM Transformation Extender Launcher administration command line utility (LauncherAdmin.cmd / launcheradmin.sh) adds the default deployment directory to the Directory Property list.
Symptom
The Launcher Administration command line utility adds the default deployment directory to the Directory Property list even though it is not defined as the default directory.
Cause
This has been identified as a product defect under APAR PI65199
Environment
Using the IBM Transformation Extender (ITX) or IBM WebSphere Transformation Extender (WTX) Launcher Administration command line utility (launcheradmin) to EXPORT an existing LauncheAdmin.bin file then use IMPORT to create a new Launcheradmin.bin file.
Diagnosing The Problem
The directory property listing in the launcheradmin.bin contains a different directory to the default systems directory and then you export the Launcheradmin.bin file.
For Example :
LauncherAdmin -EXPORT ExportedLauncherAdmin.xml
When you import the exported XML file, the directory property list has been changed to the default IBM Transformation Extender systems directory.
LauncherAdmin -IMPORT ExportedLauncherAdmin.xml
If using ITX V9.0 the new launcheradmin.bin contains the default system directory as follows.

Resolving The Problem
Obtain patch for APAR PI65199.
