Abstract

When you create a solution by using the command line version of the Solution Assistant tool in Case Manager administration client, you must assign the solution to a project area. If no project area is assigned, Case Manager Builder cannot display the solution.

If you cannot find the solution in Case Manager Builder, complete these steps:

  1. Open Case Manager administration client and select Manage Project Areas.
  2. Select the project area to which you want to assign the solution, and click Modify.
  3. Click Next until the Assign Solutions panel opens.
    3a. If the project area that you selected is the default project area, confirm that the solution is listed in the list of solutions that belong to the project area.
    3b. If this project area is not the default project area, click Add. On the Add Solutions panel, select the solution. Then, click OK.
  4. Click Finish to assign the solution to the project area.
  5. Open Case Manager Builder and confirm that the solution is displayed.
