How come my MQ agent log is missing message KMQMQ420I stating my subsystem is active?
Answer
Verify the subsystem is defined in your SYS1.PARMLIB(IEFSSNxx) member and your //RKANMODL and //STEPLIB data sets are APF authorized. Also, verify you have the PARM: SET MQIMONITOR STATUS(INSTALL) GROUP(DEFAULT) BUFFERSIZE(32) in &rhilev.&rte.RKANCMDU(KMQUSER).
