Keycloak Error when deploying Platform UI 16.1.0

Troubleshooting

Problem

Platform UI 16.1.0 deployment fails with the following error:

The Cp4iServicesBinding resource is in a failed state. The Cp4iServicesBinding resource [platform-navigator-ibm-integration-platform-navigator] is reporting a status of [KeycloakError] with message: The Keycloak instance is reporting a status of [HasErrors] with the message [Waiting for cp4i/cs-keycloak-0 due to CrashLoopBackOff: back-off 5m0s restarting failed container=keycloak pod=cs-keycloak-0_cp4i(4b3c43ed-34d0-4543-a372-b2290b737615)].. To debug, check the [IBM Cloud Pak for Integration] operator pod logs.

Keycloak PersistentVolumeClaims fail with the following error:

No persistent volumes available for this claim and no storage class is set
