Key encipherment exception for ObjectServer SSL connection

Troubleshooting


Problem

ObjectServer has been configured to use SSL using a signed certificate. The relevant certificates (signer certificates) have been uploaded into the Impact truststore but the connection test in the DSA configuration UI fails

Symptom

impactserver.log contains the following exception
Caused by: java.util.concurrent.ExecutionException: java.sql.SQLException: JZ006: Caught IOException: javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: com.ibm.jsse2.util.j: KeyUsage does not allow key encipherment
