Problem
Running diagnostics in IBM Jazz Team Server (JTS) results in error "com.ibm.team.repository.common.TeamRepositoryException: The user registry cannot be reached."
Symptom
You find the following error in JTS diagnostics:
CRJAZ2069E An error occurred during the execution of this diagnostic with the error message "com.ibm.team.repository.common.TeamRepositoryException: The user registry cannot be reached.". See the server log for more details.Despite the error, all user registry- related functions of the system, such as authentication and user synchronization work correctly.
