Job started by a RUN TASK fails, problems initializing kernel32.exe

Symptom

RunTask Jobs like...


CMD(\\Whatever\procs$\DEL_FILE.BAT xyz.tst)

 

...fail if the account Connect:Direct was logged in during setup is not an administrative account.


A user RUNTASK step completed. Exit code = &ECOD
On the server appears a pop up windows with a message problems initializing kernel32.exe
