Problem
Error A fatal Scheduler error has occurred C:\Program Files\Common Files\Cognos Shared\Scheduler\5.0\User Workspace\schedule.mdb Unable to open or create the Scheduler database. Contact your administrator. The Jet VBA file (....) failed to initialize when called. This error occurs when you are attempting to launch Scheduler. After installing MS Access-Runtime, Scheduler does not start.
