Troubleshooting
Problem
The gateway has been installed however it is unable to connect to the database
Symptom
The following error shows in the log file:
Exception java.net.ConnectException: Error opening socket to server
<DB2Server servername on port> with message: Connection refused.
ERRORCODE=-4499, SQLSTATE=08001
