Troubleshooting
Problem
The database and gateway are running on the same host, however the gateway is unable to connect to it. The error in the log file is "ERRORCODE=-4499, SQLSTATE=08001"
Symptom
The gateway is unable to connect to the database, even though the gateway user credentials appear correct and the database is available.
