JConsole unable to connect to Studio with error "java.net.SocketException: Permission denied: connect"

Troubleshooting


Problem

When Studio started with parameter "J-Dcom.sun.management.jmxremote.port=4930 -J-Dcom.sun.management.jmxremote.authenticate=false -J-Dcom.sun.management.jmxremote.ssl=false", JConsole cannot connect. Using JConsole with parameter "-debug" returns error "java.net.SocketException: Permission denied: connect".
