JazzSM DASH - Unable to access DASH using new Chrome and Microsoft Edge versions (ERR_CONNECTION_CLOSED). Firefox works.

Summary

DASH is not accessible using the latest Chrome or Microsoft Edge versions. The page that loads includes the following text:

"Hmmm...can't reach this page."
"It looks like [host] closed the connection"
"Try:
- Checking the connection

In the DASH SystemOut.log the following message is written corresponding to the DASH access attempt using Chrome or Microsoft Edge:

"SSLC0008E: Unable to initialize SSL connection. Unauthorized access was denied or security settings have expired. Exception is javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: no cipher suites in common."
- Checking the proxy and the firewall
- Running Windows Network Diagnostics"
"ERR_CONNECTION_CLOSED"

The "i" next to the DASH server URL in the browser displays the message: "This site does not have a certificate."
