Summary

At the direction of TWS Support the "Reference shared libraries" option in the WebSphere Admin Console was changed from "available" to "selected". After that change and restarting DASH there are no menu items visible in DASH. The following errors are present in the SystemOut.log:

As a result the WAS admin console cannot be launched from DASH to revert the change to the "Reference shared libraries" option. What are the steps to recover?
