Problem
Attempts to run the Jazz Build Engine results in an Access Denied error when using IBM Rational Team Concert.
Symptom
The following error will be shown in the build engine log:
java.io.FileNotFoundException: build-1306321825916.log (Access is denied.)
at java.io.FileOutputStream.open(Native Method)
at java.io.FileOutputStream.<init>(FileOutputStream.java:205)
