Troubleshooting
Problem
When trying to open a particular Excel file, this error occurs after some time : "Failed to open the target workbook. Please make sure that the file has not been renamed or deleted." It appears that TM1 Application Server crashed and a javacore file is created in the /tm1_64/bin64 directory.
