Problem

On a client computer with Java 6 update version 31, when accessing the Integrated Management Module (IMM) web interface remotely under IMM firmware code YUOO91K, the following error message is received: Note: An Internet connection is required to download the Java Runtime Environment (JRE) if the Java Plug-in is not already installed. Remote Control is supported for Sun JRE 6.0 update 10 or later versions.

Symptom

On a client computer with Java 6 update version 31, when accessing the Integrated Management Module (IMM) web interface remotely under IMM firmware code YUOO91K, the following error message is received:

Note: An Internet connection is required to download the Java Runtime Environment (JRE) if the Java Plug-in is not already installed. Remote Control is supported for Sun Java Runtime Environment (JRE) 6.0 update 10 or later versions.

Solution

Update IMM firmware code to version 1.32 (Build ID YUOOD4G) or latest version.
