Problem
In ITNCM, if a customer creates a custom driver for Juniper devices (because they have not purchased the SmartModel driver) with "Juniper/Router/" (or similar) included in their VTMOS designation, they will not be able to run a config diff/show diff on the Juniper devices using that driver.
Symptom
Both the "modeled view" and the "Native View" options are "greyed" out when a customer selects Show Differences from the ITNCM GUI for their Juniper devices. Below is a screenshot showing this:
