ITNCM 6.4.2 Cannot log into Presentation server after installation

Troubleshooting


Problem

Standalone installation completes but after installation we cannot log into the Presentation server UI with Intelliden user.
Not really any errors in the installation logs.

Symptom

NCM users are there and can be seen in account management
There are no roles created in DASH console
The smadmin user is now gone but Intelliden user has no groups or roles defined in DASH so therefore cannot start or stop Dash.
Launching either of the Java web start clients, gives "Unable to launch the application" and the error "com/intellident/icos/soap/idc/ResourceDescriptor : Unsupported major.minor version 51.0"
