"itmcmd manage" GUI hangs when saving changes to Agents

Troubleshooting


Problem

When using "itmcmd manage" to reconfigure the Warehouse Proxy Agent or Summarization and Pruning (S&P) Agent, it hangs when trying to save the changes.

Symptom

Attempts to start the agent fail with the error "KCIIN0201E Specified product is not configured."

Reconfiguring the Agent via "itmcmd manage" and attempting to save the changes results in a hang, with the icon appearing as an hourglass.
