ITMCMD CONFIG fails: BindException: Can't assign requested address

Troubleshooting


Problem

During TEP Server configuration, the command ./itmcmd config -A -h $candlehome cq fails with the following message: java.net.BindException: Can't assign requested address TEP Server is not reachable from the clients.

Symptom

The full java exception symptom is the following :
