ITM 630 Summarization and Pruning Agent generated a SqlException

Troubleshooting


Problem

Summarization and Pruning Agent  stopped working after upgrading to 6.3 level and the agent generated a SqlException SQLCODE "-104", SQLSTATE "42601" and message tokens "DEFAULT -1|8)

Symptom

The S&P agent RAS1 log has the following error :

== 40 t=Thread-3 SQLException occurred. SQL State = 42601 , SQL Error Code = -104
