Answer

The ratio of items abandoned to items placed in the shopping cart.
(Items Abandoned / Items Sold + Items Abandoned)
Percentage of items placed into a shopping cart that were either removed from the cart or were part of an order that was not completed within a given session.

In Products Zoom > Marketing Channels:
The ratio of items abandoned to those put into a shopping cart for this channel during the selected time period.

In Products Zoom > Onsite Search Term:
The ratio of items abandoned to those put into a shopping cart for this search term during the selected time period.

For Travel Vertical:
(Room Nights Abandoned / Room Nights Booked + Room Nights Abandoned)
Percentage of room nights placed into an initiated booking that were either removed from the booking or were part of a booking that was not completed within a given session.
