Troubleshooting
Problem
There have been several reports of issues in API Management/API Connect which are related to the time on the servers not being configured correctly. It is advised to check systems to ensure their times are accurate.
Symptom
The following symptoms have been seen:
- Cannot log into CMC or API Manager due to SSL/TLS rejection as server thinks it's a different time than the browser
- Management appliance reboots and cannot re-join the cloud
- Management appliance reboots and incorrectly becomes primary (dissociation)
- Other unexpected behaviour involving time-outs or instability
