iOS MDM Enrollment Guide

Steps

1. Open Safari and navigate to the enrollment URL (will normally look something like https://m.dm/corporateID or https://m.dm/corporateID/random###).

2. Enter username and corporate credentials or One Time Passcode sent via e-mail.

3.  The user will be presented for the steps required, and prompted to continue

4. Agree to the MaaS360 Terms and Conditions.  Depending on organizational policy, there may be a corporate Terms page after this step.

5. User will be prompted to continue in order to download and install the profile.  This will leave the MaaS360 site and continue with a series of iOS system prompts that are not controlled by MaaS360

6.  The first prompt will display profile information, tap install, and install again.

7. There will be a separate prompt indicating that it is an MDM profile, and certain permissions will be had.  Tap install and tap trust.  The profile installation will be complete

8.  The enrollment is complete, and the user will be brought back to Safari for the final notice of potential application installations, including the MaaS360 app.
