Invited as a "Viewer" but cannot view process maps in Blueworks Live

Troubleshooting

Problem

I was invited to a Blueworks Live account as a "Viewer" but cannot view process maps. Why?

Resolving The Problem

Viewers in Blueworks Live can view policies, processes, and decisions that are in published status only.

They cannot view process apps or participate in work, and they have no access to blogs, posts, or the activity Streams.

The most likely cause of this issue is that the process map they are trying to access is not yet published. If the process is published, then the second likely cause is that the viewer user or 'all viewer' group has not been given permission to view artifacts in that space. To fix it, ask the space manager or admin to add you to the space.

More information can be found in the documentation here: https://www.blueworkslive.com/scr/docs/bwl/topics/addingusers.html

As an Editor, you need to publish a process diagram in order for a Contributor or Viewer to see that process diagram.
