Inventory Fields Not Updated After Completing Shipment

Symptom

Steps to replicate the issue in Maximo 7.5.0.4, Maxdemo database:

- Log in to Maximo as WILSON

- Go to the Item Master application

- Create a new Item ITEM10, with both Order and Issue Units = EACH

- Change item status to ACTIVE, selecting the option "Roll New Status to Organizations and Inventory?"

- Select Action > "Add Items to Storeroom"

- From the "Add Items to Storeroom" dialog box, enter the following info:
Storeroom = CENTRAL
Unit Cost = 1.00
Current Balance = 10.00

- Go to the Inventory Usage application

- Select Action > "Add/Modify Reservations"

- From the "Add/Modify Reservations" dialog box, click on the "New Row" button

- Enter the following info and click on OK:
Item = ITEM10
Reservation Type = HARD
From Storeroom = CENTRAL
To Storeroom = GARAGE
Reserved Quantity = 3.00

- Still in the Inventory Usage application, create a new record,
From Storeroom = CENTRAL

- Click on the "Select Reserved Items" button

- From the "Select Reserved Items" dialog box, search by the reservation made in the steps above

- With the reservation record on the screen, click on "Set the Inventory usage record to Shipped"

- In the "Change Status" dialog box, click on OK

- In the "Create Shipment" dialog box, click on OK and the status is changed to SHIPPED

- Go to the Shipment Receiving application and bring up the shipment record in question

- Click on the "Select Shipped Items" button

- From the "Select Shipped Items" dialog box, select the line and click on OK

- Save the record and the "Shipment Receipt Status" is changed to COMPLETE

- Go to the Inventory application and bring up ITEM10 from CENTRAL Storeroom

The issue is:
In the source Storeroom (CENTRAL), both "Hard Reserved Quantity Not Staged" and "Hard Reserved Quantity Shipped" fields remain the same (as 3.00) even after completing the shipment to the GARAGE Storeroom.
