"InvalidArgument=Value of '3' is not valid for 'SelectedIndex'" when trying to change 'source' error level from 'Detail'

Troubleshooting

Problem

User launches FAP Client. User clicks on 'Sources' tab. User highlights a source which is currently set to 'Detailed', and clicks 'Edit'. An error appears.
