Invalid UUID error during CCM project creation

Troubleshooting


Problem

Attempts to add users to, or save a project area in the web UI results with Invalid UUID error with IBM Rational Team Concert (RTC).

Symptom

After you add new users to the project area and attempt to save, the following error is seen:

invalid UUID [https://<servername>:9443/ccm/<UUID>]
java.lang.IllegalArgumentException
java.lang.Throwable.(Throwable.java:67)
