"Invalid Token: (null)" error occurs in Engine administration tool

Troubleshooting


Problem

In Watson Explorer Foundational Components v11.0.2.6 or v12.0.3.2, you may encounter Invalid Token: (null) error when you try to do the following operation from Engine administration tool:
  • Merge conflicted nodes in Synchronize Repository Nodes page or Import Repository Nodes page
