Problem
Unable to use a Sun One directory server due to the following error message.
Symptom
An error occurred while attempting to create an authenticator handle. Access Manager: Invalid LDAP base distinguished name: o=Cognos, c=CA. Page generation error while preparing a page based on template: errorpage.utml.
