Troubleshooting
Problem
Capture is configured for a non-shared Content Engine repository which utilizes a Microsoft Access database file. A Windows user is unable to launch Capture, and load the Content Engine repository. The Windows Local Administrator does not have the problem running Capture, and accessing the repository.
Symptom
The user receives the following error dialog box:
"Unable to create a new repository object in the database C:\Program Files\FileNet\Capture\Repository\EDM TEST
Invalid attribute/option identifier"
