Interpretation of the B and EXP(B) in Cox Regression output

Troubleshooting

Problem

My question is about the interpretation of the coefficients (B) and hazard ratios (exp(b)) in the "Variables in the Equation" table of Cox Regression output. Does the coefficient for a predictor describe the predictor's impact on the hazard rate, the survival duration, or both?
