Internet Explorer Script Error when accessing Help files.

Problem

When opening the help file or clicking on any hyperlink, error dialogs pop up. Internet Explorer Script error Error: Object Expected Code: 0 URL: mk:@MSITStore:c:\program%20files\spss%20student\help\main\spsswin.chm::/overvw_auto_0.htm Resolutions 52930 and 57395 don't apply, because there is no "minimal install" in version 14. Other resolutions include running Windows Update, and Internet Explorer security settings. The system is currently up to date, and security settings are at a complete minimum. In order to rule out security issues with Internet Explorer, I have turned off my firewall, disabled the pop-up blocker, disabled Norton Script Blocking and Antivirus, tried accessing the files in Safe Mode, deleted all temporary and offline content and disabled script debugging in Internet Explorer.
