Troubleshooting
Problem
User launches any standard report. For example, user clicks 'Maintain - Account Structure - Reports', then ticks 'codes', chooses an account, and then clicks 'preview'. The standard report (also known as 'system report') appears in HTML format. User clicks on the 'Select Format' drop down list, and changes to 'XLS'. An error message appears.
Symptom
Depending on the environment/configuration of your system, you may see any of the following messages:
