Troubleshooting
Problem
User launches Controller web. User clicks on relevant options to choose period/form (and so on).
User selects form ABC and clicks "Export data". An error appears.
Problem does not affect all forms. If user selects form XYZ and clicks "Export data", there is no error (and the export occurs correctly).
