"Internal Error ... The server sent HTTP status code 401: Unauthorized" error when click "Group - Command Center" when using Windows authentication (disabling IIS anonymous authentication)

Troubleshooting


Problem

User launches Controller classic client. User clicks "Group - Command Center". This works OK (no error).

Customer then reconfigured the Microsoft IIS website, in order to enable Single Sign On (SSO)
  • Afterwards, the user re-tries the same task
  • An error appears.
