Intermittent "The network connection to your application was interrupted" when running Controller via Citrix

Troubleshooting


Problem

User launches Controller. User works successfully (for a while). After some time (for example 30 minutes) an error appears.

Symptom


The network connection to your application was interrupted. Try to access your application later, or contact your help desk.
