Problem

User runs a standard report (for example "Reconcile - Between Accounts/Opening Balances").
  • An error appears.
Problem is intermittent.

Symptom

IBM Cognos Controller has stopped working
A problem caused the program to stop working correctly.
Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available
