Abstract
Information Analyzer column analysis jobs and metadata import through IMAM intermittently fail while using DataDirect Drivers that are included for Information Server 11.3.1.2
The following errors are seen :
1) IMAM imports fail through ODBC connector on LINUX with the following exception :

2) Basic Information Analyzer column analysis jobs fail with the following error :
Event 20: pxbridge(2): Error when checking operator: Caught unknown exception during wrapDescribeOperator().
Event 21: main_program: Could not check all operators because of previous error(s)
Event 22: main_program: Creation of a step finished with status = FAILED.
3) Sybase ODBC drivers on zLinux platforms are affected by the SSLV3 Poodlle Vulnerability. The version of drivers included in the Information Server 11.3.1.2 does not contain the fix for
Poodle vulnerability. In order to get the fix, the user needs to be update the drivers.

To resolve these issues, download and install the 7.1.5 DataDirect drivers from FixCentral on the required platforms.
