Problem
A dynamic cube is set up which is added to one or more query service instances in a multi-server environment, but not all of them. Package routing is enabled and configured correctly to only route requests for that dynamic cube package to servers which have the cube running. Despite that, when executing the report intermittently an error is received indicating the request went to a server where the cube is not running:
XRP-ERR-0004 The Dynamic Cube "<name of cube>" either does not exist or has not been added to a Query Service instance.
