Problem
Intermittently customers can experience a failure running reports against SQL Server.
Error in the logs shows a connection reset.
XQE-DAT-0001 Data source adapter error: com.ibm.cognos.jdbc.adaptor.sqlexception.SQLCognosUnrecoverableConnectionException: A processing error \"Connection reset\" occurred.
