Problem
Connection tests to data sources in Cognos Administration will sometimes fail with an error. Retrying immediately after a failure can result in a success and vice-versa.
Symptom
DPR-ERR-2072: Unable to load balance a request with absolute affinity, most likely due to a failure to connect to the remote dispatcher.
